JUST SOME THOUGHTS!!
They say boys come and go and friends are forever. Is that really true though? See I have a group of friends and because of one action because of one boy everything went south. It was good times all the time. Each member having a personality of their own and everyone accepting everyone for who they were. That all changed one side went left and the other right. I have my own opinion of everything and no matter what I stick to every word. It makes me sick that what was once pure enjoyment and uniqueness is now over. But everything happens for a reason and I'm glad with the people I'm surrounded by right now. Not going to break the sisterly love chain that I have going right now. Maybe there will be a reunion but not today at least not for me.
80s Overload...!!!
I look back at the 80s through music, fashion and movies. The best era ever if I must say. It's no wonder everyone's so pumped on bringing it back. I have a strong passion for Run DMC, Flashdance, Janet being in control...ahh man!! I can only wish I was apart of the time. I sat home on Saturday...yesss the last weekend b4 school I sat home. Flipped thru the channels ended up on channel 81 (Oxygen) and Can't Buy Me Love (you know the orginal to the Nick Cannon and Christian Millian Movie) its true that there's nothing as good as the orginal. That become an ultimate favorite automatically. I wish guys were the way Ronald was I love the part when he takes Cindy to the Airplane Graveyard and they look up at the moon through a telescope.(OMG) My heart melted. It was the sweetest thing. But guys like that only exist in the movies. Then Flashdance..OMG..Flashdance I've always loved that movie and its one of my ultimate fantasies to reenact the first number in the movie. Its so seductive, I love the fact that it has that dark lighting and for a sec you wonder wether she's naked or not. (No Homo). It's just something I've always wanted to do. By day a grungie welder by night a flashdancer. Oooh LALA.Puffed Jackets, big hair, red lipstick, highwaisted jeans, cuffed jeans, chandler earrings, the glits the glamour...it's so in your face. Music today urks the crap out of me...every song is a new dance craze or some bullshit bout rappers havin sex wit hoes or some money bullshit. Not trying to say I don't bump to every new song dats out, cause I'll forever live for Hip-Hop but ima keep bumpin to Jay, Kid Cudi, Fab, Drake, Common and Kanye more than anybody because its a different sound. They don't all sound the same but they do make sense. I'm through Swag-Surfin. It's time for just some good fun with just a lil edge, that's how I see the 80s. Those are the words I use to describe the passion and life of the 80s.
